From the very start of the morning, please drink a glass of water to wake you up. It will be better if you are in the morning sun. Hot water also works. This morning routine carries water into your body, enhances your blood flow and hormone level. Why water? Because our philosophy is based on "Qi, Blood, and Water."
WATER IN
If this glass of water is cold, you feel the flow of the water in your body. This makes your stomach move. Exercises in the morning sun will wake your body up. Not only muscles but blood flow gets you to breakfast.
0.9% saltwater will work.
WATER OUT
If you make it a rule to take a bath at 21:00 in the night, the recommended temperature is around 39 degrees Celcius. 10 minutes of bathing is good for improving blood flow, and 20 minutes of bathing is reportedly good for increasing the parasympathetic nervous system. Before and after your bath time, taking a glass of water will do.

This spring water of Shimonuma in Horonobe, our neighbor town, has been flowing since 1954. As one of the best Hokkaido waters, it contributes to local people's well-being.
